2. Bank Transfer

For Short tours ( last maximum 3 days)

- After booking, you will be required to pay full amount trough our online booking form.

For long tours (last longer than 3 days)

- After booking you will be required to pay a deposit of 20% of the tour price. After you have been conformed to a tour and the minimum group size is reached the Head Office of Geographic Travel Georgia will send you a payment request.

The tour becomes confirmed once we have booking forms and deposits from the minimum number of participants required. This is usually 6 people; however, it can vary from between 4 and 8, depending on the specific tour.

For Short tours ( last maximum 3 days)

- If you cancel the tour 24 hours before the departure date, we will honor a full refund, minus an administrative fee of 45.00 GEL (ca. 15 USD).

For long tours (last longer than 3 days)

- If you cancel the tour no later than 30 days before the departure date, we will refund you 75% of the tour price.

- If you cancel the tour between 29 to 15 days before the departure date, we will refund you 50% of the tour price.

- If you cancel the tour between 14 to 7 days before the departure date, we will refund you 20% of the tour price.

It is recommended to purchase travel insurance for international tours through an insurer in your country of residence. Please clarify in advance which services are covered.
