The Batumi Botanical Garden Trail is an outstanding race that brings together over 700 professional and amateur athletes from more than 30 countries along the stunning Black Sea coast. Experience a unique challenge amidst the Batumi Botanical Garden. Our carefully selected trails lead you through the diversity of this spectacular garden – from the humid subtropical forests of the Caucasus, Japanese bamboo groves, and Australian giant sequoias to Brazilian jungles with colorful orchids and Mexican palms and cacti.

Equipment
Running Apparel: Lightweight, breathable clothing that wicks moisture and dries quickly. Long or short running shorts and a breathable top are typical.
Running Shoes: Sturdy trail running shoes with good grip for various terrains such as mud, water, and rocky sections.

Itinerary
Day 1 Arrival
Arrival at Batumi or Kutaisi International Airport. Transfer to your hotel in Batumi and check-in.
Meals: Self-catering

Day 2 Registrations and Introductions
This is the registration and race packet pick-up day.
The registration will take place directly at your hotel reception between 10:00 and 18:00. The Race Pack (including a T-shirt) can also be collected on-site.
For registration, a valid ID (passport or ID card) must be presented. The registration process takes just a few minutes. The rest of the day is at your leisure.
In the evening at 8 PM, you're warmly invited to join the welcome dinner. The exact location will be emailed to you 3 weeks before the event.

Day 3 The Event Day
In the morning, driving (30 min) to the Batumi Botanical Garden. Timing chips will be handed out on-site. Next, you are welcome to join a complimentary 10-minute warm-up and race preparation session. Afterward, your race adventure will begin.
Following the race in the botanical garden, await you a variaty of events and activities including local wine tastings, food stalls, souvenir stands, and concerts featuring traditional dance and music.

Day 4 Departure
Transfer to Kutaisi/Batumi International Airport, depending on your departure time.

Training Programs
Our training programs for preparing for race event have been developed in collaboration with the local sports club "Loverun Georgia." Led by certified trainers, these programs include mountain running, moderate to challenging hikes, yoga, and fitness exercises. Conveniently bookable on our website.

Transfers to and from Batumi Botanical Garden
We provide bus transfers from the hotel direktly to the Batumi Botanical Garden. Buses will run every 15 minutes from 07:00 to 08:00 on the event day and return from 18:00 to 19:00
Meals
Breakfast is served daily at your hotel from 7 to 11 a.m. Lunch and dinner (except welcome dinner) are at your own expense. Nearby cafés and restaurants offer traditional dishes. On the event day, you can eat at the Botanical Garden café.
Medical assistance during the event
Medical support will be available throughout the event, and emergency contacts will be provided at registration.
